Help analyze my thyroid blood results

I just got my blood work back. I had my test levels checked too, but havn't gotten them back yet, but will post them up when I do. I got my thyroid tested by direct lab services and here is what the results were:

TSH________________1.963 uIU/mL____0.350-5.500
Thyroxine (T4)_______8.4ug/dL________4.5-12.0
T3 uptake___________38%____________24-39
Free Thyroxin Index___3.2_____________1.2-4.9

I tried looking around for some reference figures, but the units aren't lining up right. Could some of you more experienced guys give me some feedback on my metabolism. Mabye like if this is average, above/below average? How I should watch my diet and so forth. I am considering taking T3 in the near future, so it seems I have a high T3 uptake percent, does this mean I would respond to exogeneous T3 well? Thanks for any input.

WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, T3 UPTAKE REALLY DOESN'T TELL THE WHOLE STORY. FREE T4 INDEX IS A WASTE TOO. FOR ATHLETES, YOU NEED TO KNOW TSH, FREE T4, AND FREE T3--ABSOLUTE NUMBERS. BASED ON WHAT YOU GAVE, YOUR THYROID LEVELS "APPEAR" TO BE NORMAL. I LIKE TO SEE FREE T3 VALUES NEAR THE TOP OF THE NORMAL RANGE; UNFORTUANTELY, YOU DIDN'T HAVE FREE T3 TESTED.

what was the main reason you were tested?..like Dr JMW said you didnt get all test done. I prefer to see a sprts medicine doc who knows what to test for as well as knows how to help when results come in

Why dont you just chill out on using everything but juice. It's all drugs, cant be good for a healthy person. I wouldn't mess with t3, although I have some laying around the house. T3 is a good way to fuck up someone's life. Put two crushed pills in their drink and they are good to go.
