Im brand new to this forum, there seems to be a lot of guy that know what they are talking about...
I'm looking for some advice on what gear would be best, cycles - basically, any advice...

Im 17yrs old, 6ft3" and weigh an embarrassing 155 pounds....

I have the motivation and determination, i just dont have the knowledge...

Feel free to post whatever you feel necessary...

Thanks.

Greg

Well, let me start off by saying you are SEVENTEEN YEARS OLD! You don't need juice. Your body is producing enough juice to make great gains.

Eat right, sleep right, and lift right, and you'll be more than happy. You really shouldn't touch gear until after 22 or later. I did my first cycle at 28. Not sure if you'll listen to us, but you will look back if you don't and realize just how right we are.

What's going on in your life that you feel you need to juice at age 17? Do you feel too small, are you picked on? Something in your life is making you want to do it. Talk to us bro, we all can relate.

The thing that you should do is train and eat. If you do any AAS at your age you will fuck yourself up big time. There is nothing embarrassing about being 155 at 17 years old. Your just beginning don't fuck it up because you want to speed up your life. Eat and train, thats what you need. Take a look at the thread about what has impacted your body the most. All the vets wrote that it was FOOD!!! Give yourself two years of solid training and eating. Then take a look in the mirror and thank yourself for not fucking up your body with AAS.

There is no such thing as a free lunch. Everything has a price and you don't want to pay this one.

What they said, you are at least 5 years from needing any gear and will only hinder/hurt yourself. I bet you can get to 180 EASY in about 2 years if diet and routine are in order.

I graduated high school at 5'11" 145lbs. Be thankful for your fast metabolism, it's a much better problem to have them being 30% body fat.

Right now your body is producing roughly 10 times more tetsosterone as mine. So the people here telling you you don't need juice are absolutely correct.

What you do need to do is eat enough food to overcome your fast metabolism. If you were planning to spend a few hundred buck on gear, do this instead: Go to GNC (or wherever you like) and buy a large tub of whey protein. Drink 3 protein shakes a day (made with 2 scoops) in addition to your normal diet.

Go to the gym 4 times a week and lift for 60 to 90 minutes. With your body type, lift heavy with fewer reps (5-8). Wait at least 2 days before working the same muscles again. With a little research and trial and error you can find a routine that works for you. Right after your workout, drink a protein shake made with 2 scoops of powder and 1 scoop of corn sugar.

Try that cycle for a couple months, then look in the mirror and be amazed. As a bonus you'll have the knowledge that you did it all without juice.

bro 155 is not that bad at 17, i was a good 125 tops at 6 feet, now i'm about 6 2. but i was able to put on 25lbs of muscle natty. start eating man, make sure you get protein after you workout and before you go to bed, never go to bed hungry. eat 5000 cals and workout each body part by itself with intensity, you can easily attain your goals. when you are for sure stuck in a few years then you might think about a cycle

Thanks guys, I think you just saved me from taking gear, due to my naivety...

As someone else suggested, I'm not getting picked on or anything like that at all...

The three reasons I wanted to get bigger are, obviously to look better for the chick, have more of a presence, and thirdly...I'm doing a sports related course at college, and I'm one of the smallest built in my class...even though most of the other guys are like 24/25 yrs old.

Thanks guys...I think you just stoppped me from making a big mistake... :)

I'll eat/sleep/and work out right, and get back to you guys !

I owe you all...!

Greg...

It sounds like you are getting what everyone is telling you. Learn to eat and train, and you will be very happy with your transformation naturally. If 5 or 6 years down the road, you are still serious and have learned all that you can about diet and training, then you can consider running gear. It isn't going anywhere.

Good luck,

Bluesman

Thanks for all the advice...

One more thing - can anybody post a rough guide as to the quantity and types of foods I should be eating...

i.e Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Thanks bros !
