help - 1st time steriod user

I got my hands on some d-bol (5mg Russian) and 200mg/cc enanthate, and of course some clomid and proviron.

I want to do about 20-25 mg D-bol/day and 300-400 enanthate/week for a basic bulking cycle. I could stand to lose about 15 lbs of bodyfat. My question is: Should I first diet down and lose the bodyfat b4 going on this cycle?

Stats are:

33 years old
5'11" - 220lb

Never really dieted my whole life and have kept pretty lean. I had the bodyfat tested with calipers recently and it said 14%.
My body holds alot of fat around the waist. If I lose 12-15lbs. I lose 4 inches around the waist!! (done it b4)

Just curious guys, what should I do? I don't want to waste this gear. Thank you in advance.

you can diet down, or just start your cycle, 14% is not that big of a deal, if you eat CORRECTLY while running your cycle you can avoid gaining any fat while adding muscle, which in turn will lead to a lower body fat percentage at the end. One thing you should definetly invest in is femera, to eliminate estradiol build up, that by itself will help with your body fat

during your bulking diet, i suggest shooting for 2g/protein per lb of bodyweight along with 2g/carbs per lb of bodyweight ( carbs might have to be adjusted upwards if gains are not proceding) and keeping fat intake to about 10% of your total caloric intake (.25g per lb of bodyweight rouphly)
 
I would also get some ALA to protect the liver 600-800mg per day should do it--also 20-25mgs of dbol a day is going to eventually give you some powerful pain back aches 3 tabs of milk thistle at 700mg ea will knck it out in about 30 mins!!! Now you're good to go!!! RADAR
