Hello all. I'm new here, and I apologize if you don't like people just starting posts like these...
But I figured I would introduce myself. I'm 17 and from Jacksonville Florida, and I'm really into working out and I'm basically just looking for tips and pointers. Mostly for my abs and chest because those are the two places that I really like to show off. If you have any tips they would be greatly appreciated.:D

Chest = any type of bench press, inclines seem to work well...declines if you want bitch tits
abs = low bodyfat which comes from diet...in fact threads about abs get thrown into the diet board :)

Good luck with training. The most important thing is probably compounds + diet + consistancy + evasion of overtraining + rest
