Hello, I'm working out the details of my first cycle, please help me with some input.

I'm a 23 year old ectomorph, 6'3" and weighting 155 pounds.

I have been working out for about 2-3 years now, I have come along
way, but would like to go further by bulking with this cycle. This is what I have in mind:

Weeks 1-4: D-bol (Methandrostenolone @ 25mg? per day)
lDeca 300 (Nandrolone @ 400mg? per week, (I'm going
for bulking, so what's a good dose for my weight?)

weeks 5-10: Deca 300 (Nandrolone @ 400mg? per week)

O.K., I know I need Testosterone in there, however I'm not sure on the dosage
and how often I'm to use it. I'm also considering Anti-progesteronic drugs, like Cabergoline, and Letrozole for fighting water retension.

Also would someone please shed some light on what I should do for liver protection? is that something I need to worry about during my cycle or PCT

I got my diet down pat.

6'3 at 155lb?!? I suggest gaining about 40 lbs first LOL! Maybe do a little more research first. First cycle should be just Test and an oral kickstarter (Beastrol or dbol). Get some forma stanzol for possible estrogen problems u can use on or after cycle (I use on), then u need a proper PCT, but in all honesty bro u need to gain some lbs 1st, EAT,EAT, lift heavy, then eat some more!! Most guys will probably feel the same way, it's just my opinion. Good Luck!

How much test? and which kind?

If you weighed 40 more lbs your answer would be test e 500mg/week. But your skinny enough to fall though you asshole and hang yourself so I take a heavy dose of steakabol and lift heavy like was already suggested.

I agree. Add some natural mass first. If you dont have a solid base then you cant lift heavy enough to make gains with chemicals.

Deca should NEVER be a first cycle. EVER.

IF you had a better base. Test e 500mg/week for 10 weeks for a first cycle.

Keep working hard and eating a ton for maybe another year of so before you hit the juice.

whats your diet and training like.. you need to eat more. do some research. get a good diet and routine going and stick to it for 6 months and you will be amazed.

Delete the brand names .

Eat plenty of food and lift.

Your not going to get fat with those stats. so eat your ass off (even if not so clean).

Lift 4 days a week using a bodypart split and include all main basic lifts such as...deadlift,pullup,squat, split squats, bench press, over head press (if shoulders are healthy), and some heavy ass rows!!

Limit cardio. (i wouls suggest no cardio, maybe HIT 1-2 days a week).

get a multi, Bcaa, creatine (if it works for you), digestive caps, Beef or egg protien shake.

Also buy some bison meat shit is amazing.

o yea and SLEEP!!!
