Hey guys and girls! How is everyone?
I just registered here and figured that I'd introduce myself to you all. I've been training now for 10 years as a bodybuilder. I started out doing it striving to be a world champion, and I was successful in competing in a few shows. However, now I primarily train, still as a bodybuilder, but without the intention of competing.
As most of you know its a very very very time consuming sport that requires 110% dedication. If you're not able to put in the long hard hours its not worth it. So I'm concentrating on other endeavors of my life and keeping bodybuilding as much a part of it as I can.
I currently train 6 days a week on a split routine and have seen great results with it thus far.
So welcome me to the forum, it seems like a great place with a lot of informative and friendly people
