Okay, As of tomorrow I will be going on my second week of the cycle.
I am jumping up 25mg of helladrol so ill be taking 4 caps daily. I will be continuing the 6-MDROL 4 daily as recommended.
Going on this second week im definitely getting stronger and starting to see somewhat of a difference in muscle mass.
Im working out 6 days a week.
Mon- Bi's and back
Tues- Chest and tri's
wed- legs/cardio/shoulders
thurs-break
fri-sun repeat of mon-wed.
No side effects from what I can tell but we will see how that goes as I start increasing the dosage.
On another note. I got some pre work out from Mr.Supps, its the forged 1g stim. Now im used to taking C4 for a pre work out so im not sure how different these two are, but for some reason on the 1g stim I felt extremely nauseous and shaky. Anyone else try this stuff? Anyone know how much of a difference C4 and 1g stim is? Its been about 2 hours after taking the 1g stim and I still feel like shit. Just curious.
