Yeah it was staged but I guess that means we pulled it off pretty well. Christian is good friend and a really funny dude so I wanted him to be involved. I think Helladrol is cool so is "in Hell" would also suffice

Should have loaded the bar up with 10 - 10lbs plates per side so it made all kinds of racket when it tipped. LOL, good shit still.

Glad to see I'm not the only Maiden fan here!!!!

When I lift heavy (hopefully every workout) I've got my IPOD full of Maiden, Metallica, Ozzy, Judas Priest, Rob Zombie - HOW CAN ANYONE LIFT TO THAT TECHNO POP RAP CRAP THAT IS ON THE RADIO TODAY!!!

Can't wait to add Helladrol to my supply!! Right now approaching my stockpile goal of 10 bottles of each Needto product (except Beast - Use only for kickstarts, so 5 bottles is good).

Kinda disappointed the benching was a skit - I thought it was hilarious, you see that stuff on youtube for real all the time.
