Cool.....how do u plan on doing heavy pulls(distance, sets). I hurt the inside of my knee last week on squats (i can walk but cant bend down and pick something heavy up) So after it gets better i plan on doing heavy sled pulls and my lower back for awhile.
i usually do about 200 ft. 4 sets maybe then go a couple backwards. im still tinkering with sled dragging as far as a routine goes. i go by feel, and what movements need work.
