Heaviness on the stomach

Sometimes after food I feel like my stomach is full of stones, especially when I am on cycle. This is very bothersome. Do you know if there is any supplement that can make food feel lighter in my stomach? Thanks
 
What you need are digestive enzymes, as it seems like your stomach has a hard time digesting food. I would not dare to recommend any in particular, since they are all pretty good. Also, you can take probiotics, since they can also help with digestion.
 
Either eat less food total or at each sitting, or try adding in digestive enzymes.

You could also start having 10g of psyllium husk every night.
 
Feeling really bloated after a meal isn't normal. You might be suffering from a food sensitivity or allergy. I would get a food allergy test done
