So heating gear up will make the gear flow better in Syringe or heating gear in the syringe will a hand warmer do the trick maybe heating pad don't feel like heating whole vial every shot opinions ?

Bodyheat will suffice

Boil water with a kitchen kettle. Place the vial in a soup bowl. Pour the boiling water in the soup bowl until it comes 2/3 up the side of the vial. Let the vial sit there for 1-2 minutes.

Done!

This is exactly what I do. I leave it in there while I have a shower and it is ready to pin when I am done.
