Heartburn from all the damn supps

What do u guys do when and if u get that burning from all the shit we take? I just took 3 unleashed, 3 liver support, 3 o.n. multi's, 2 joint supps and 1 dose ketofinen and this is nothing compared to my AM regime. laid down and SOB it burns. just take with milk?

Never had this happen. Whats your sodium intake like?

If this happens to me I take prilosec otc and problem solved but I have always had acid reflux issues and that solves it nicely.

yeah i guess its not just the supps. its supps, food, old age, all of it.
i'll try prilosec.

From experience its usually from taking caps too fast and not enough water with them.
