all this talk about heart conditions has got me paranoid. my resting heart rate is high, always has been...from 75 to 80...

It doesn't seem to matter if I'm thin or fat, on ECA or not.....It's always above 90 for a good part of the day.

mine goes from 75-100 bpm's at ant given time....i assume that this effects your {bmr}metabolism ?????

My heart rate is about 68 and on a cycle it is about 72 never changes much.
