OK, This is going to be a lengthy reply… but bear with me..
I have been on TRT (testosterone 200 mg a week) for several years to treat a condition... basically my body converted testosterone to estrogen in an unbalance why... I had low natural testosterone levels, and the little I had was converted to estrogen in high rate...
As all who have been on steroids for years can tell you, be self impose or due to medical reason... side effects tend to increase with time… and yes… Even with medical dosages… as my case was...
Last 8 months I notices my skin was always read, my phase was extremely puffy, and I was always tired... I check my BP and was why high… about 170/100... I tried to reduce the clinical dosage to 100 mg, and it helped, but then the reason I was on TRT came back in a NASTY WAY... so, I returned to 200 mg,, sure enough, High BP came back... tried catapres to lower BP… and it helped a little, but I was more tired, very emotional, and guess what? Catapress increase my water retention... Tried other BP meds, like Valsartan and Losartan.. they work better... still made me tired and weak... and felt weird.
A doctor recommended a diuretic (aldactone)... that worked GREAT... but pulled so much water of the body, that my muscles were flat and I had no endurance. I felt like a nickel cadmium battery… One thing I did notice was my skin was better, which intrigue me... since one of the thing I had to accept while been on TRT is the skin conditions (bigger pores)... I did a little search and found that aldactone is an Androgen antagonist.... NOOOOoooooooo
So I was back and forth... with this... Decide to loose some weight.. and tried for 4 weeks the Clen,Ephedrine,T3, and ketotifen combo (nope, I am not scare of drug, since I always start with very, very low dosage to monitor to weight their benefit to side effect ratio, and find if there is a middle ground I can live with... PLUS... complete blood works every four month)... O.K... Going back... I lost allot of fat, keep 95% of the muscles... and though this medications do increase blood pressure, I was a bit overweight, and with the weight gone, the BP when down to 150/90.. Still high.. but better.
I was still not please with the BP, but more in terms for cosmetics... 150/90 is a little above bother line... and I can manage it for now….but water retention....
I added a little novaldex… it helped... but not like Aldactone… and I did like not having a puffy face and the smooth skin.... So I was doing better, but not quite there yet...
So, did more reading on this post, read a big one on arimedex... and remembered that I treated two gyno occasions (due to deca) with Letrozol (shit, it reversed those emerging bitch tits)....
It all came together... BP was high on my case due to high conversion to estrogen, causing water retention...so since the diuretic solved the problem, but added another, and novaldex worked but not as the diuretic... and since letrozole is in the same class as arimidex (and i had some letro pills on hang)... i decied to tried it... and guess what.. It worked, but too well… the suppression of estrogen was too high (and the fact that I cannot afford 4 generation estrogen antagonist for daily usage: arimidex/femara).... So adjusted the dosage to 0.65 (1/4 the pill) and added 6.25 aldactone... PROBLEM SOLVE…
BP is 135/80, water retention is the a minimum (no puffy face), still get the benefit of the medical dosage of 200 mg, still able to eat nicely (moderately of red meat, cheese, fried food, coffee,), training hard and get that bonus pump, do some sports, drink responsible on the weekend, and yes… my Weekend CIGAR is a most…. To sum… try to balance everything so I can still get the quality of life I want.
Again, sorry to the lengthy post, this is a very interesting topic, and I want to share some views. Bear in mind that my condition is different, and all humans react different to medication. I don’t recommend you do what I have done…. But having said this…you have taken the AA path…
At the end, my best comments is….life is to precious.. And as with everything.. if you abuse it, you will pay the price… be steroids, Tobacco, Alcohol, food, medicines, you name it. The key is balance… weigh the pros and the cons, and make a decision.
In specifics, stopping all together is not a good idea un less is threatening your life… and if not, and you must stop, PCT is a most!....
And idea is to drop one of the AA you are taking… Anadrol will be good, lower the TEST dosage to half…. Just to set a starting point and see how your body reacts… you can the accommodate the TEST dosage and decide with you want to add anadrol, or the like…
Great question. Hope all this helps!

ok here the deal i was running two days ago doing some hard intervals and about 10 min in i had a tightness in my chest. so i stoped and did some light walking instead.
then yesterday i did a back workout then 45 min of eliptical work and about an hr or so later i just had a really werid feeling. hard toexplain but just felt really uneasy.
so i went to my girl friends house and used her mother blood pressure machine my first reading was something like 190 over 90 with like a 99 pulse. so then i took it againg and it was worst. but i just got done eating and i was pretty nervous.
so after that i went to hannafords and used there machine and i got an average reading of 165 over 72 with a 90 pulse.
then this morning as soon as i woke up i used the machine and my reading was 145 over 72 with a 78 pulse. this looked much better
