Healed abscess ?

Hey guys, have a question.

I had an small abscess in my Triceps area, my doctor drained it wednesday and ive been taking antibiotics every six hours since wednesday to the next 7 days.

So its drained, and most of the inflamation has gone. I feel 100 %, ready to lift some iron. Can I ?
