Headaches and Lipoflame???

Does anyone else get dull back of the head headaches from lipoflame? Ive been getting them for a couple of weeks since i started taking the lipoflame, today i went without lipoflame and without headaches as well. Anything i can do to prevent this bc i like using the lipo flame but it does it with even a half dose.

headaches are caused r 2 reasons with Fat Burners

1) Dehydration
2) Glycogen / Blood sugar depletion

Please Increase Hydration by 1/3 of what you drink now
Also have a meal 2-3 hours before your dose.

HYDRATION is KEY Drink 30 ounces with Serving, Drink 20 ounces while working out, and again After the workout.

The headaches generally dont set in until an hour and a half or two after i take the serving. I take it with my morning shake 10oz milk 2 scoops whey and 3/4 cup of oats.
Then start drinking water. By the time the headaches hit i have consumed almost half a gallon. I get the same problem with Amp 02 sometimes after i workout but not everyday like lipoflame. What do you suggest?

Cut back the dose by 3 caps with LIPOFLAME and Substitute Amplify02

so if you take 6 caps of Lipoflame only take only 3 with 3 Amplify02

Yeah -- ive never had a headache... but I did forget to take my amp02 today damn it..

lol i love the amp02 so that wont be a problem i notice it more then the lipo flame i just didnt know if taking it morning and at night would increase my resistance to it. First i think im gonna drink 30floz of water right after i take my lipo to see if that helps??? Hopefully :/
Also one point of interest may be that i only get the headaches or notice them when i am sitting still. If im up moving around i dont really ever notice them as much as sitting still, maybe just because im distracted???

Honestly -- I dont know why you are getting headaches... I use to rash out and burn up -- but I started eating small with my doses and it works wonders... You know what my advice is -- take the dose with a small glass of juice -- then do your water.. I bet that takes care of everything for ya...

And damn it take the hint -- if it starts acting up when your sitting -- get your ass moving, lol

I take 8 caps of LipoFlame, never had headaches but if I don't have the L.F. handy, I become a headache!
