HCL solution and GH

I bought a bottle of bacteriostatic water from pumpnpose and the bottle says HCL solution TRIS Hydrochloride on it. This is water right? Also I mixed 1cc with 10iu of growth and it is foamy. Did i do something wrong? I hope its right because i just took 1.5 iu in the shoulder.

did you swirl the bottle or shake the bottle after the solution was made? If you shook the bottle - it will create a foamy bubbly look to it. When you put the water in the bottle, gently swirly the bottle in a circular hand motion and then let it sit for a few minutes
