hmm.. well its stings like a b!tch.. I didnt get any bac water with it so I used a vile of "diluent 1ml water for injection" From my buddys gensci HGH kit.. Im guessing its the same as bac water ..

The last HCG i used also stung like a bitch. It came with a amp of Bwater when i used it, stung like a bitch. the next time i used diffrent Bwater and it was compleatly fine, not sure what your using but im my case it was the water that was causing the problem..

Yeah you can do it the delt, but it's going to be IM so make sure you at least with 1" needle and yes 23G will work
