I have 5000iu bottle hcg I need to mix it up today

I want everyshot to = 250iu at the "10 Mark" on the insulin syringe.

How mnay cc's of water do I need to mix the hcg with?

You have 5000IU ampule. That means if you add 1ml of BW you have 5000IU's in solution.

use a slin pin for injection and draw to 100 mark on the pin for 500IU's.

careful! HCG is sensitive ,add 2 cc of BA water,lay on a table and let the powder disolve by rolling the vial,draw to the 50 mark if you want 250ius

Mix with 2cc of BAC water to get 10 units on a slin pin = 250iu.
