HCG dosage?

hey bros, i am coming to the end of my current cycle, consisting of 30mg dbol ed wks 1-4, and 500mg sust 200mg deca per week for 10 weeks..now this is my first time using hcg, and wanted to hear some recomended dosages and time to start from what ive read somewhere around 10,000 iu HCG/week for 2 weeks....im not sure of the injection times, and a good time to start it....let me know what you guys think! i appreciate any help

ive read a lot of controversy on where to inject (IM or sub Q) i was just going to go IM (glutes).....

either sub or im.. but use insulin needles cos their small bore means its easy to gauge dose.. stick 10,000iu in 20 pins.

Do 500-1000iu per day from day of last injection or just before.
