I baked chicken with Montreal seasoning (store bought), cooked some wild rice, and steamed some sliced yellow squash with dill and fresh green beans with garlic and a little olive oil. Nice glass of meritage wine to wash it down with.

My friend and I were very pleased with it!

I don't care what lobster eats. It's mighty tasty! I broil a lobster tail every so often. I cook scallops about twice/month, sometimes as much as once/week.

mmm skrimps.... they are starting to move into the river here in North Florida. I can bait them up and catch 20+ pounds in a few hours tossing the net off my parents dock. It is a lot of work, but well worth it. Shrimp stuffed flounder is to die for.
