Haven't had one in a while ... Lunch thread, homeys.

some homemade lasagna, fried rice, cheetos and a glass of milk.....2 hrs later another protein shake with soy milk.

crappy soup, I'm a bit sick. But I a mgoign to eat brwon rice and ground beef at around 3:00 to get soem strength. I can't let this shit keep me from the gym.

Are you referring to the time a couple of weeks ago when I prentended to be sick and missed work for 3 days?

This time I am sick for reals, but I am at work. I walk around with a sad puppy face so that every one feels pitty for me and thinks to themselves "wow, that SoreArms sure is commited to his job".

See how that works.

Im cutting right now so ill eats some.........Taco bell, 2 been burritos, 6 soft shelled tacos, 3 orders of pintos and cheese, 5 orders of rice, 4 mexican pizzas, 2 taco salads, and 10 chaco tacos.
