Started out your training and felt week and got stronger as you went through you sets and wonder why that is...I did last night...hit chest and shoulders hard and heavy and flat bench was ok..declines powerful and dumbell inclines awsome and the traps etc...rolled right through them, I hurt today, so I worked them good, but my normal start off was bad....

I sometimes get to the gym feeling like all I want to do is take a nap, no matter how fired up I try to get. Then after rollin' for about 15 minutes I feel great, and have an excellent lift. I usually down some Xenadrine and some carbs and I'm okay.

On the other hand, sometimes I'll start out feeling fired up like I'm going to dominate the world, then 20 minutes into the lift I get hit smack in the face with serious fatique, and I have to fight to not fall asleep with my head rested against the bar. This rarely happens though.:)
 
True,many times I forced my self to the gym when I just felt like crap and didn't want to go but once I got the first couple of sets in I was amped up.And on the other hand theres been times that I was pumped as hell to hit the gym and byt the time I got there I didn't want to do shit..
