Not intentionally. My lil sis babysat for us one weekend about a year ago. Apparently she decided to surf some porn and signed up for a "free trial". Next months phone bill came and they were directly charging my phone like 120 bucks a month for this shit. We were able to get it reversed and cancelled, but I wasn't very amused.
