Have you ever or would you date someone from the Gym?????

I dated a girl 10 years ago from the same gym as me. She was a fucking nutcase.
She started lifting real close to me , day in day out eventually asking for a spot on excersizes. Then started working in with me on diff machines .Bitch tricked me into comming over she said " I just cooked up some chicken breast and think i cooked up to much it will prob go bad if you wanna come over and eat some that is o.k with me"
I am eating crazy bitch goes takes a shower and comes out naked crawls under the table and goes to town. Next thing the girl won't leave me alone .Finally I told her i didnt want to come over or see her sexually just as friends, She spread so much shit about me in the gym I suddenly became the biggest asshole , a roid monkey, and sleaze ball.I ended up just changing gyms after a few months.

Advice: if you like your gym and want to stay dont date or have sex with anyone from your gym

that would be my kind of date if she didnt know where I lived or hung out.. lol

she and he goes on the date, If he gets shut down he will gossip in the gym about how bigga a bitch she is , and no telling what other shit he will make up as he is chatting the other dudes. When they ask how his date went
GYM IS A GYM a place to work out , not a social gathering to met and asking people out.
Chances are the dude is gonna fuck her and dump her anyways. Just the way it is.

I suppose there's always a chance the guy's just looking for a piece of ass.

Personally I've never dated/boned a gym member.

As far as gossip, my gym is mostly ghetto, minority trash. Not really concerned with what they "think"

YOu guys do make some good points but i do agree with BM and CW. The reason i haven't dated anyone from the gym is because some guys like to talk. Whether is good or bad I don't want anyone in my business. Maybe I should've mentioned this before but when we were talking he did talk about his ex girlfriend. Who i happen to know and does go to the same gym. I know her from high school like 8yrs ago, not my friend or anything.
Anyway so he went on to talk about her and a little about her family. So immediately, thats a red flag. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I am not judgemental or anything but who is to say he won't say anything about me. Other than that he seems pretty genuine guy, I would've liked to get to know him better.
As far as his age goes, I don't see anything wrong with older man. Age is just a number. Actually I think I am attracted to older guys because they are more respectful towards women. They know what they want at a certain age.

Hell no. I wouldn't want the drama and/or uncomfortable tension after we broke up. I'd only date a woman who was a member at another gym. It's my sanctuary...I'd never risk ruining that.

I was talking to this really nice guy from the gym and he asked me out to dinner. I have a rule not to date anyone from the gym or work place. So when he asked i sort of made a face, I didn't know how to turn him down without hurting his feelings. So I told him the truth, i have a rule not to date anyone from the gym. He goes well we are adults..listen I don't mean to push you, think about it....Darn it..it was a little hard. I did wanna have dinner with him...those deep Blue eyes He is 10 years older then me but he seems pretty nice. I told him I would think about it.

a couple of girls i know ended up marrying some really FINE male specimens.. i haven't gotten around to asking how they met..but my theory is the GYM!
