He is a big dude!!! 6'4 thats a big frame to pack a lot of muscle!! and he has good genetics if you give him all the goodies ronnie has, he can take Mr Olympia some day!! and he is very proportional not just big!!!! another thing though he is one ugly mofo lol those pics of him in 1999 and 2000 damn can someone say he looks like the freak from the goonies "HEY YOU GUYS" lol
 
alright i admit defeat on this one but i played around today in photoshop and took two pics, cut out everything bt his body, put them side by side and decreased the brightness on one of them, then decreased the opacity and overlayed the image onto the first one and its identical...

My buddy is a trainer at Golds in Ft. Lauderdale... Sean is a trainer there too. I think he just came in 15th at the show (ameteur show) in Vegas a few months ago.

so hes 6'4 and his max weight off season is 352 lbs....now in the pic with ronnie, his arms look twice the size of ronnies but IRL they could be the same...gotta be a funny camera angle or sumthin, like the DJ Ronnie pics where DJ is about a foot closer to the camera
 
If you look at his website there's a picture of him with Vince Taylor, and Vince looks terrified. I mean, a really scared look on his face. The dude is scary, that's for sure.
 
Sean Allen

He's pretty popular. He got up one year and told the Olympia competitors that they'd better pull their shit together because he was gonna be up there the following year and kick all their asses.

He's known for always coming in soft. He hasn't been going anyplace in the NPC, so he tried NABBA last year hoping he would be approved to represent the USA at the Mr. Universe. It didn't work out.
 
Seriously though, can anyone explain why in the shit that smaller, skinny dude would have his head in Sean's tits while they are on stage posing?? What the hell kind of strange posing positioning is that?
 
I know this guy, he use to bounce at the clubs in the Jersey Shore by me, hes a real jackass!! Personally, hes a big dude, no getting around that, but his attitude and personality will never get him to where he wants to be.

I wish people on this board would stop talking about him cause hes not worth the board space or the time to read up on. A lot of better guys out there that are not known that I would like to view and speak about, not this ass clown.
 
Plenty of pro's are jackasses; it's a pleasant suprise to find one who isn't. Does anyone know how old this guy is or his ethnic background? Seems like a mixture of black and something else. I think he's got incredible potential. The only weaknesses I saw were his calves and glutes/hamstrings. The upper body is absolutely phenomal. People mention him being smooth, but he looks better in his off season pics than other pros do, and when cut he looks rock hard.

the guy on his left doesn't even acknowledge the "manbag" as if he is magical and going to walk right thru it. I would like to see a true side by side of him and Markus Ruhl or heck, even triple hhh (now that s-o-b is a giant in person).

he's not hard enough in contest shape. and yes, his calves are too small. great waist though. needs more glute/ham development.
 
i couldn't believe when i just saw these pics. i knew the name but couldn't remember from where till i saw the pic. this fuckin beast used to work at a popular club in nj. back in around 99 when i was a X monster dealing party animal asshole, this guy caught me making a transaction in club. before i knew it he was in my face w/ 1 arm on shoulder TIGHT, and other on back pushing me through croud to side private exit door. luckily i had carpenter jeans on and could somehow stretch finger tips inside side pocket in leg and flip a bag of X out onto floor. someone got real lucky. anyway he patted me down, knew i had it but could not find it. needless to say, after about 2 minutes i was standing in my boxers w/ pants around my legs w/ shirt off. he made me leave. back then he was 1 hard big fuck and before this day i would make small talk w/ him there about bodybuilding and drugs. i would usually be rollin my ass off on X and would love talking to him. u know on X you're real open and shit, i asked him once how the fuck he was so big and hard as nails. he simply looked down at me. he's easy 6'4"-6'6". he said lots of drugs. i seen him after that night at another club and he was cool w/ me like he forgot. maybe he did. i've heard he was a real dick, seemed like it when he worked there. all i can say is i'm glad i reached that bag, because the short time he was walking me out door i kept saying i didn't have shit as i was trying to reach bag. who knows what he would have did if he found it. i was out there alone w/ him and another beast. anyway just thought i'd share that story since i'll never forget that night. and to make the story even more wierd, as i got to my car and called my boys inside to come out, as i was standing there, the guy who i sold to, who i only knew from a guy i would always see out, drove up to me, snapped my pic and sped off. what that was about i'll never know but i sure slowed down then and started staying home more and dealt alot less. wierd times.
 
i really can't believe these pics. he looked WAYYYY better back in the day. now he just looks like a staright up circus freak. anyone who can make coleman look kinda small next to him has something wrong w/ him. he will not live long.

He used to bounce at the club named Abyss, my good friend was a bouncer ther too. The dude is an asshole, nobody liked him there.
 
yeah , Sean Allen has had the wingspan of a vulture...
He's been bigger then Ronnie Coleman, but Sean Allen is 6'4 whereas Ronnie Coleman is 5'11

Ronnie Coleman is 300lb+ @ 5'11 whereas Sean Allen is 352 @ 6'4
lb for lb Ronnie is still bigger but Sean Allen has all those political games to get into
 
I saw the guy in person at the Arnold. He was working a booth. They had the "Inch Dumbell" there for people to see if they could even lift it off the ground. The dumbell has a handle as big around as a pop can, and it weighs, I think 174 pounds. Sean was doing easy looking one arm rows with that thing!
 
It's amazing watching him stand next to all the other competitors...a full head and shoulders above anybody. Wasn't Paul Dillet 6'2" to 6'4"? I remember seeing him in person with Nasser El Sonbaty at a show a long while back. He was huge too but this guy Sean Allen looks quite a bit bigger. Does anyone know how old he is? It looks like his muscles need to mature a bit before he becomes a force. A couple of negatives: His calves need to catch uo to the rest of his body. He has "short" biceps, meaning they tie in above his elbows. He also has short lats with the same tie-in style as his biceps. I'm not an expert by any means but this is what I noticed.
His positives are immense though! He makes the other competitors look like children. I'm assuming he is young and will get his body to mature here in the near future. His waist is amazing and his porportions are a big plus. He also can seem to put size on at will which is another huge positive. (sorry for the pun!)
I think he will go far and I know I will definitely be keeping an eye out on his career.
