Has anyone tried N.O?

Has anyone tried N.O (Nitric Acid) Is it helpful? Does it give you more aggression in the gym?

I'm kinda lacking aggression and endurance in the gym.. And a pump wouldn't hurt. Is this supplement good for that?

I've never taken it myself but guys at my gym that take it say it is amazing, they say it increasing strength, endurance, pumps, etc. They did say to watch out though because it gave them some bad stomach problems. Give it a try though.

psychological. there are techniques you can use to get pumped before you lift, and imo taking a supplement when one is not needed is not a good way to do so unless you really know your body.

However, at this point for you i think you should learn techniques to get psyched.

I don't think supplementing with NO is something we need to be messing with. Yes having a lot of it in your brain definitely creates anger, but produces other undesirable effects as well.

It is well established that too much nitric oxide in the brain products "brain fog" (difficulty with cognitive function) as well as feelings of rage. The so called "Lyme Rages" that people with Lyme Disease sometimes get is thought to be caused by excessive amounts of NO accumulating in the brain.

Also, a relationship between excessive NO in the brain and neurodegeneration is being currently studied. Basically the suspicion is that having long term concentrations of NO in the brain is toxic to the neurons and could cause possibly irreparable damage.

Here's a link to one abstract that's looking at that issue.
ScienceDirect - Nitric Oxide : Emerging roles of nitric oxide in neurodegeneration

Nitric oxide will not make you aggressive, will only decrease the amonia within the muscles, breaking down the lactic acid build up. If you want aggression prior to a workout along pumps and more strength, take a look into N2KTS by needtobuildmuscle.net. You will like it; I guarentee it!

Not worth the money imho....gives you a good hard pump for a couple of hours after lifting though. It's like having a red bull before your workout, maybe will increase focus/energy. If you must do N.O., stack with creatine.

BTW, a good friend of mine had to see a doctor and get on some medication because he was taking too much too often.

BIG BLAST contains NO2 and creatine and they compliment each other. It increases strength and pumps and removes waste (lactic acid, urea, ammonia) from the muscles. It helps blood flow and transports nutrients into the bloodstream.

One is NOT supposed to overconsume N2KTS by any means!
