I use it 3000 mcg IM 1x/wk. SOme appetite increase, some energy increase and better still is that it kinda jump starts my brain... I had a friend who had a severe and rather unusual deficiency and one day he was just staring at his computer screen not quite knowing what to do - how to make it work. Now I know there are lots of people that do that but this guy was very brite and quite computer literate. The Doctors finially gave him B12 injections and he was back on track... strange but true. I find that my mind is just a little sharper with the B12.
