The way I think of it is focusing on my body was what kept me off of rec. drugs in the first place. I haven't touched anything juice wise in over 5 months, if I go in for 6-12 months my receptors are gonna be mint. I refuse to let the goverment decide that I can't juice... Let it be known I have no juice on me or around me...

1. a documented case of drug abuse can just be something you tell the probation officer during the probation report usually at the time of your plea or shortly after. it needs to be supported by family and friends in the probation report

***- yeah i'm aware of the drug program but I have no documented drug problem as is a requeired to be eligable to get in. I do have a close friend who works at a drug rehab who is helping me try to get into a program since his boss has connections with my pretrial office. Deff. hopefully another option to jail
About the federal thing, well even my lawyer totally couldn't believe why its being handled federally. Only reason is NYC drug force has a huge hardon for x lately and closing down all these clubs lately, something to do with NYC mayor cracking down. I was told if I was in a state court I would walk with probation no problem. I also guess we were almost at the bottom of the chain but because of who we got it from it made it alot more serious.

THEN YOU GET TO SERVE YOUR ORIGINAL SENTENCE PLUS PAY THE CONSEQUENCES ON WHATEVER IT WAS YOU HAVE DONE. ITS JUST LIKE A PROBATION. AND USUALLY WHEN YOU FINISH THE PROGRAM, YOU ARE ON PROBATION AS WELL.

all i know is conspiracy is easy as shit to nail you with man they could have indicted triedias entire board basically and half of them would have done time am i wrong here. i think conspiracy to distribute is bullshit
