There are so many cases that I'd excercise my right as a Juror to refuse to find someone guilty for something that was clearly a violation because I thought it was justified.

I know the courts / judges don't like to advertise that, and even deny you have that right. But the fuck if i can vote however the FUCK i want if i am on a jury.

Also, Fuck.

That's why I always vote 'not guilty' when the person is clearly guilty...to balance the scales. I can vote however I want...

YEP me too. And I dont understand why they deny you have that right. Thats why you are tried by a jury because you cannot have a set of standards or morals. Its impossible. Killing is not always always always wrong in every single situation that has and will happen.

There is a term for that. It is called "jury nullification." In other words, it is the Sunbitch law, meaning the "son of a bitch deserved it"...lol.

He had been beating my mother very badly, and we couldn't get him to quit. People in my town hated him and everyone loved us. They would have acquited us on self defense. I guarantee it.
