I just lost my ass in stock last month

In the process of purchasing a bunch of land which I hope will turn into a good payout years down the road

In my restaurants have made me money and my beach house too.
Restaurants are great for cash!
Beach house I bought for 389 and it is worth 810 now. Not bad for a couple of years.

the last time fed-ex split (back in like 1999 or 2000) i bought several thousand dollars worth (shoulda bought more) for $38 per share. . .it's only dipped below $100 per share twice in the last three years or so. . .

i've gotten extremely lucky with energy based mutual funds
don't know that much about it, they were given to me when i was young, but i bling bling from them

energy stocks are always good. . .most energy companies pay a nice dividend and yield a nice growth rate each year, conservatively speaking. . .

I worked at home depot when I was in college before they went on that boom to build 500 more stores. I bought lots of drip fund stocks with them, and they split several times. I cashed that money out though when I was married.

casino stocks were huge last year...MGM looks like it will be sold off in pieces in 2008.

I forget who owns the Riviera...but that's the next to be bought out/taken private this year

Online brokers like Etard and TDAtard are most likely to be bought out this year...

Buying land is a good investment if it is unique, zoned properly, and has utilities available.

As you know real estate has slown down. So, now is the time to buy homes, apartments, etc. In most cases it is safer to buy these instead of bare land. They are easier to refinance, rent, and turnover.

Define quality hoes?
I like hoes but you never know the quality till your done and the money is gone.

You know, above average college girls with banging bodies, that love sex and will do whatever ,whenever to please you. These girls strictly love the sex and all the money could be yours. Auditions for these quality girls would be fun!

Buy stock in the bank that is buying them... No more needs to be said.

the buyers stock usually declines short-term post-acquisition - the acquired company stock is usually bought at a premium.

few acquisitions are immediately eps accretive

What would they need you for? Why split the money with you? They could hire someone to bodyguard for them for $10/hr.
