Has anyone ever had bacon hanging out of your ass after squats?

Sorry for the graphic depection. However, an old (age) friend of mine told me that I need to watch it when I am doing squats. He told me about his lifting days and the "bacon" (hemroids) that he had after heavy squts.

1. How do you get them?
2. How do you avoid them?
3. Are the genetic?
4. Anyone have them and can they give history about them?

I have not had them but worry about them after he told me this story. He told me on AS you are more prone because you can lift heavier than normal. I know that I need to lift heavy for mass - man what a choice to make . . .
 
if i shat my pants in a public gym i would grab a 150 lb dumbell and drop it on my head.
 
Yeah, I have shitted in my pants and fart a lot during squats, also with deads.

It is all about high pressure in the bowel area.

There is another risk: a groin hernia (liesbreuk in dutch). They need to operate on you, and it might tear again. If so, you cannot even lift a pack of milk.
 
bacon!!!

i have never seen bacon:confused: but my friend (not me) had sausages hanging out, had to have an operation couldn't squat for months
