Realize this should be on the Training page, but I figured I might get a better response here. Just curious. I'm going on a mass cycle with sostenon, test400 and EQ...adding winny the last 4 weeks..........anyways, wondering what the best training method would be. What produces the best results. Yesterday I did Heavu shoulders and traps, any suggestions for the rest of the week? Thanks bras.......mucho karma.

Also have some time on my hands where I can hit the gym early AM and again around 4ish.....should I split it up that way? Been doing cardio first thing, but could and prob. should nix it.....thanks again.:fro:

why are you running test400 and Sus?......just curious

as far as training goes just make sure you go balls to the wall.....mix things up a little.....switch exercises and poiundages....I swith exercises every week and poundages every few weeks.....maybe going a little lighter for a couple of weeks....

I don't suggest you double it up.....I used to do it and you overtrain yourself fairly quickly.....it gets toi the point that going to the gym is a chore and not enjoyable....at least for me it was....

Not running both...have both and was tring to figure out which to take......you got a solid routine?

never used T400 so I would say go with Sus....

My routine is as follows.....keep in m,ind my legs lag a little behind my upper body so I sorta do them twice....

Sun: Heavy Quads, Light Hams, Calves
Mon: Chest, traps abs
Tues: arms
Wed: heavy hams, light quads, calves
Thurs: shoulders, abs
Fri: back, rear delts
Sat: off

nice gilly! what does your chest routine look like?

my chest is one of my best bodyparts (behind back).....I usaully stick to incline movements.....I have 6 core exercises and I'll choose 2 each workout always switching them up and always starting with inclines.....free incline, DB incline, smith mach incline....free, BD, and smith bench.....many times I'll do 2 incline movements.....I'll do 2 warmups and 4 working sets the first exercise with my 3rd set being the heaviest....then 4 sets the next exercise....I'll finish off with about 4-5 sets of a fly movement...
