Realize this should be on the Training page, but I figured I might get a better response here. Just curious. I'm going on a mass cycle with sostenon, test400 and EQ...adding winny the last 4 weeks..........anyways, wondering what the best training method would be. What produces the best results. Yesterday I did Heavu shoulders and traps, any suggestions for the rest of the week? Thanks bras.......mucho karma.
Also have some time on my hands where I can hit the gym early AM and again around 4ish.....should I split it up that way? Been doing cardio first thing, but could and prob. should nix it.....thanks again.
