Hard spot under skin, after injection

I know sometimes it is common to get a lump, under the skin, but I have as hard spot about 6 inches long and 3-4 inches wide. It isn't swelled up or anything, it is just hard and kind of sore. I injected 2 cc's of Sust on Sunday. I figure its just the oil collecting in one spot, so I have massaged it a bit, but I'm just wondering if there is anything else I can do? Am I right about what it is, or is there another explanation. I don't think it's an abcess, because its too big and it's not puffy or anything.
