I've noticed a lump, or maybe two next to my nipple (closest to my armpit)
I'm concerned but I also think it may be a cyst from fat loss?
The lump is hard, and feels like its attached to a slightly softer lump.
When I look at myself in the mirror (under light to see definition) I can see the lump clearly and it appears as a puffy nipple.
The lump however does not cause me any pain.
Can anybody help?
