I have just a quick question, I am 5 weeks into a sust 250 cycle with fina introducing very soon, I was reading another post a minute ago and saw some contradictions as to how much fina and what strengths should be like. I was planning to do eod 50 mg for like 8 weeks, is that too long, and is 150 - 200 mg a weeks sufficient? p.s. I inject into my glutes. does this affect absorption? or life time in body?

i think your too far along to start fina and 250 of sus is really not enough. i would bump it up to at least 500. if this is your 1st cycle 250 of sus might give you some gainz depending on how your body reacts and your diet

well i am 5 weeks in right now, i have been doing 2 shots 250 a week, and this is my second cycle of sust, i don't want to get huge i am 5'10 172 and pretty cut, i want to stay the same shape but with an additional 10 lbs, you know, i am no monster like most of you..... so what do you think about the fina

Bro I would do 75 mg ED, 50 mg EOD wont do shit on you. Just my 0.02

bro,i am on 40mg ED...i agree w/ ED inj's...Zyg posted some #'s comparing tren results ED vs EOD and ED was a clear winner...my suggestion is try it 40-50mg ED and see wht happens from there...tren kicks in fairly quick...if you're not feeling it(and trust me you will know when you feel it)up the dose...---fyi

shit that is some good info, now this is what i am talking about, you guys are great help, so if no one else has anything to say about it i will do 50 mg ed for 4 weeks, this is good for me....then we will go from there....

one more thing, i am still taking my sust 250, for 3 more weeks, mixing in the same shot would save my ass a lot of pain, and time... not that i can't take the pain ha ha ha

so..... you think i should wait till i have two weeks left of sust ( i take 2 shots a week, usually tues and sat) and kick in the fina then or start now and shorten up the cycle, it has been 5 weeks allready...

i really just need to know if mixing the sust and fina is a bad idea....

mixing the sust and fina is o.k...no harm there!IMO,I would start the tren a.s.a.p.;it will compliment the sust beautifully.GOOD LUCK.

good shit boys, i am gonna start right away, like right now, i have been waiting for this info for quite some time, and yeah i am gonna do 40 mg ed as weel as sust 250 every third day.

nope...i read it right!as for my comment,i was just asking manny how does he know it would do shit...to recommend someone 75mg ED is not the answer IMO;manny's right as far as ED inj's though...but no need to hit 75mg's ED instead of 40-50mg...i was just advocating a lower dose so the user can understand his acceptance of the compound.---fyi
