allmost 5'10 245 I just got don with a bulk so I have 16%boddy fat right now.start my rip in a week I wish I could stay at 245 and just bring down the bf to about 12-10%.I like to be a little thick and my wife likes it to so I dont want to lose anny wate or anny more then like 5-6% of the bf I have now.wich want be hard for me at all.
