Thank you very much my Angel and everyone else. I am 39 New York time but it's not midnight here yet. Huge day ahead of me tomorrow. I will be closing on my house, so that's a great b-day present. My first house bought by myself. It's a good feeling. Sure has been stessful as heck though.
