Hanging Power Snatch PR

176 x 3. First two were a bit shakey at the top, nailed the 3rd one. Nice quarter squat catch.


Lower back is still a bit tender from last week's workouts - lots of clean deadlift shrugs compounded by 2nd workout of platform deadlifts. But once I started, the weight was just popping up. Preceded my hanging snatch with snatch high pulls from the floor. Big believer in doing a heavy "half" pull lift prior to the actual full lift - seems to help in exciting the CNS.

Good shit man! If I saw anyone doing snatches in my gym I'd be like, well that's something you don't see everyday and probably compliment ya. Keep it up and you'll be snatching 225 before you know it.
