176 x 3. First two were a bit shakey at the top, nailed the 3rd one. Nice quarter squat catch.
Lower back is still a bit tender from last week's workouts - lots of clean deadlift shrugs compounded by 2nd workout of platform deadlifts. But once I started, the weight was just popping up. Preceded my hanging snatch with snatch high pulls from the floor. Big believer in doing a heavy "half" pull lift prior to the actual full lift - seems to help in exciting the CNS.
