Hamstring pump on Thais

Did legs two days ago, killed the hams, and the pump was so nuts that I couldn't sit in my car seat to drive home and had to wait around for the pump to go away. My legs are not huge or anything but these pumps are fucking killer. Today we had to tread water for 10 minutes in my scuba class and once again the pump was insane. I seriously thought I was going to just cramp up and die right there in the deep end of the pool but what kept me going was the fat guy next to me showing me up if I did. It would have been a sad day in my book iof the most physically aesthetic guy in the class couldnt finish his test and no one would know the real reason and think I was a pussy. Right now I can't even rest my legs on my computer chair completely cause it feels like the blood circulation is being cut off. I LOVE the Thais!!!

damn...my friend kinda had the same thing happen. He went ot walk home from work one day and had to keep stopping to take breaks cause of the pumps he was getting in his legs.

I love dbol as well. Thais are the only ones I use. I get tremendous lower back pumps though. Painful but worth it.
