Hamstring pin?

Has anyone even pinned in the hamstring before? I was thinking about it as my quads and butt are feeling quite tender, what do you guys think?

I would never pin my hamstring I feel like that would be one of the worst places to go!

craziest place i ever tried was my calf and wont do that again lol

I don't recommend it. It will cause INSANE PIP.

If your quads and glutes need a break...try chest, shoulders as sites.

Just pin glutes.
