Those of you with kids, what do you do with the candy once your kid gets home? do you inspect it, do you remove potential harmful candy (starburst, jolly ranchers, etc) do you snatch a couple for yourself or do you do nothing at all?

lol...I ration it...and this yr hid it in the locked wine cellar
they get two pieces a day after dinner, before brushing

they all loathe the lollipops so those stay out in old school candy bowls around the house (carnival glass stuff I inherited)
I tend to be the one that eats the lollipops...so does the dog..lolol

Sorry to hear that. Jack's are fun...got to love their low flying acrobatics.

What breed is dutch? Have yet to meet a dog that doesn't love cheese.

ive never had a filling pulled out by candy of anykind...or broken a tooth on a jolly rancher...neither have my kids!

for years, my brother and I would accuse the other of stealing each other's heath bars, peanut butter cups and other highly desired childhood h'ween candy as the other slept.

then, one year, i awoke to a paper (yes, gentle reader, this was a LONG time ago!) grocery sack's rustling, opened one eye, to see my father quietly going thru our stash, picking out what he and my mother liked......

i chow down through em like butter!j/k I like to suck on them till most of it is gone, but def sunk my teeth devouring many jolly sweetness.

i seriously cant imigine jolly ranchers breaking any teeth. maybe jawbreakers?
