I was waiting for someone to jump on that....he he he I sure he did bro.
The shampoo rids the scapl of ALL androgens and not just DHT.
Remember to let the shampoo sit for a few minutes before washing it out of the hair. Best to use it every day while on and twice a week while off.

I use it every day either in the am and or in the pm.

I shampoo my hair with 2% Nizoral every other day too.

It will last about two weeks if ya really put a lot on. The hair loss guru's say a small amount is plenty.

I just kind of dab it at the base of the hairs where I am receeding. I rub it in and wet my finger tips a little to help spread it around. I have never lost a single hair while "on" and using the spiro and Nizoral. The spiro is the main worker though.

It is best to cut your hair REALLY short too....for application reasons. Besides really short is the way to go anyway if ya are loosing hair.....looks at heck of a lot better.
