Hi! First post for me.. Great post by the way!

I'm doing a low dose test/Eq cycle in a couple of months and want to make sure I lose as little hair as possible. Should I begin using spiro/nizoral right away or can I start using it a couple of weeks before the cycle?

Can you buy spiro cream, or do you have to make it? If so, where can you buy it?
