Took it only for about a week and half

2-LipoFlame
1-LipoStim3
3x's a day.

Than would take 5 Amp02 a hr before any cardio or weight lifting.

About 30mins into my last cardio session, I started to get light headed. So I back it down a bit. Than I couldn't catch my breath and my lungs started to cramp up. Than along come a headache that was throbbing like a mofo. I ended up having to lay on the ground for an hr before I could breath normally again.


So what ever is in there, its a little to potent for me.
 
Cut out one of the
"2-lipoflame + 1-LipoStim3 doses" and you will be fine.

take a break for 2 days and start again. on the new dose pattern

Drink LOTS of water in the day as well
 
Yeah, taking 6 lipoflame a day is most likely the reason for your light-headedness. Right now I'm doing this:

2 lipoflame + 2 lipostim in the morning

2 lipoflame + 1 lipostim midday

1 lipostim + 4 amp02 pre-workout

I've had no problems at all with side effects. I had to take all of my lipoflame in one dose one day due to my schedule and I felt really goofy that night during a board meeting. Other than that, I've been fine.
 
mmmh...I have the perception that those symptoms are not directly related to the ingredients themselves. Those symptoms could be dehydration. And the thing is, these products are so high quality, with so many innovative ingredients, that the powerful concentration and focus they promote in your brain is usually underestimated. They REALLY make you go beyond your daily abilities. So in my opinion, it would be no surprise if you take yourself beyond a safety limit with no major effort. It had happened to me in the past. Drink A LOT of water, and keep monitoring your heart rate. If you are doing cardio for fat burn, you don't need to push your heart beyond 150BPM. Just keep it that way for 45 minutes and your golden.
 
yea.. i've been abusing agx products for a long time now.. dehydration could really be the issue..

salt depletion might be another.. but as stated cutting the dosing would help a lot too..

Also is important to keep potassium levels high. Bananas, raising and dried plums are the best. The carbon unit needs a lot of potassium in order to keep proper electrolyte function. And ironically, average humans consume more sodium than potassium each day. Sodium= poison. Potassium= Healthy.
 
My last cardio was playing indoor soccer so I have no idea what my heart rate was at.

During an hr of cardio I drink 500ml of water and 500ml of G2.

I'm also on a ketogenic diet if that makes a difference.

So in a couple days I will try the 2-lipoflame + 1-LipoStim3 2x a day. Just 5 amp03 before lifting?
 
did you know that the body can only use 8 oz of water every 20 minutes, any fluids consumed past that amount in that time frame bypasses the intestines and goes directly to the urinary track..

Is that for normal activities or for when your sweating? Some people sweat a hell of a lot more than others.
 
Water in, does not equal sweat water out.
