Had my first A.R.T. session on Friday..

For my tendonitis in my forearms. Feel alot better already. I can't believe I waited this long to get it done. Gotta pay for it myself as Medica don't cover it.

My Chiro that does it turns out to be an olympic wrestling medalist fron the late 80's/early 90's. Big dude too. Knows his shit and cool as hell.

Dude was puttin in work on me too. It's a good pain tho. I was friggin sweatin by the time he was done with each arm. Got another appt tomorrow morning. Can't wait.

What does A.R.T. stand for? i assume the T is therapy

A couple of years ago Charles Poliquin was in the North Canton YMCA training Jug Logan - and making him cry like a little girl when he performed some A.R.T. techniques on some injuries Logan had.

A.R.T.= Active Release Technique

Costs about $60 a session. Worth every penny so far. I can actually type without holding my forwearms every other word.

Yea been using this for a year. I highly recommend it for training injuries.
Costs 40 bucks in my city.
