Had gyno surgery 4 days ago

its funny because when i was laying there he asked his assistant for a 20guage needle and asked me to close ,eyes so i wont be scared, i was itching to say i use 23guage all the time

to answer your question bro he just sticks a needle in your chest to drain the fluid/blood

Damn really? Through your nipple? How do you know if you need it to be drained? Mine is just a tad puffy/swollen, then again it's just been 2 weeks.

no not through nip, around nip as he see's fit. oh gawd no, i wouldnt be able to do it awake if it was through nip, mine ares till bruised and tender

run????? no WAY!!! I tried sprinting 2-3 weeks later but HELL no, iwas running with my arm across my chest to keep the chest from bouncing, it hurt so bad i just skipped intense cardio for now, stick to high incline walking@ 4-5 mph.

even going down a flight of steps is painfull.

its going to be swollen for some time. After about a 2 month period, your going to get some post op swelling. It may appear like you never got the operation to begin with... Just deal with it for a while and after 6 months you should see good results.. Full results appear after a year.
The operation was a total mindfuck... but it was the best choice I ever made.
Did you get lipo/cut?
Swelling after Gynecomastia Surgery depends on the original problem, surgical technique, skill of surgeon, aftercare, and how you heal. I prefer techniques that tend to minimize swelling and maximize comfort.
