I have done nothing more than 315 for squats, so my lifting partner and I wanted to do low reps....
warm ups with the bar and 135
1st set - 315 for 10. these were a lot more easier than i have ever done
2nd set- 315 for 10. Again weren't bad and could have done more
3rd set- 350 for 10! I have never done this much before, but i felt very good and just kept on reppin them out.. and i did go down around parallel.
