Had another PR lifting day, Legs this time!

I have done nothing more than 315 for squats, so my lifting partner and I wanted to do low reps....
warm ups with the bar and 135

1st set - 315 for 10. these were a lot more easier than i have ever done
2nd set- 315 for 10. Again weren't bad and could have done more
3rd set- 350 for 10! I have never done this much before, but i felt very good and just kept on reppin them out.. and i did go down around parallel.

really... i was hoping for over 400... well i guess ill have to see and find out sometime
 
i say whether or not you can nai lthe 400 depends if you're used to the weight on your back. ever had 400 or more loaded on? just to get used to it you know..
 
well i did 350 for 10, and it wasn't that bad... and i dont think 50 lbs will feel that much heavier.. or at least i hope not, haha
