Beware, I am regretting my devotion to the hack squat. My once mammoth squat legs have actually fallen behind of my upper body. I noticed it in a mirror last night.
I have just the opposite problem my legs far surpass my upper body, so I'm trying to get my upperbody to catch up. Thanks for answering my question. I had 4 plates on each side yesterday and was trying to do the math for poundage.
