I don't know how many of you bros have tried the new HST method of training, but I finally decided to give it a shot and at the end of week 2, I'm dreading the remaing 6 week cycle. It's amazing the pumps I've gotten, gained 1lb, lost an inch on the waist. Here's the best part, I've felt like puking halfway through my last two workouts! I haven't felt that taxed during a workout in years. I do feel nausious during the workouts as well, which may be due to the T-Rex and Lipo-Rex I'm taking.
I'll keep everyone posted on my progress. Another note, I'm dropping my maintenance calories by 500 a day. I'm taking in around 2500cal/day at 5'10" 196lb.
